Hi Jim,

First up, I've been researching some potential deals in London and have come across a couple of below-value properties which I'm looking to fund and develop via a mixure of my own capital, a  bridging loan and private individuals. Do you know of private investors that are looking for investment opportunities in or around the London area? Also, do you have a website?

Dont know if Jim ever got back to you but I have lenders that will do 75% LTV up to 100% of the purchase price but only of the valuation stacks up. Approx 1.25% a  month  and they will allow  3 months interets to roll up
