Thanks James, just wondering!

I do speak with my accountant and it's interesting to see that there are so many grey areas when it comes to company accounts.  I guess it's due to the IR and government changing the rules so often; so many things seem to be open to interpretation.

Just got a great book on Property Company Tax from the Tax Cafe if anyone reading this wants a few pointers.

So are you guys just completely incompetent and don't understand how UK taxes work, or are you purposefully miselading people about how CT and incomes tax interact on and the effective rates of tax in statements on your website in order to peddle your tax "schemes" ?
