I have an estate agency in Altinkum Turkey. Many of my customers ask me about mortgages. Turkey does not, at this present moment provide mortgages for foreign investors.

Anyway, I am looking for a very reliable financial advisor that can help my customers with this situation.

www.mortgagesoverseas.com is their web site. They started years ago helping inbound and outbound expats from the relocation world but have grown and grown. I have not used them for a while but always found them helpful and knowledgable.

is this the same Ben Smith fomerly of easy Finance Group that recently has gone t*ts up which is a real shame as a good broker that can sort out remortgages when a BMV buyer can't buy, could get hundreds of good quality qualified leads every year and earn an amazing income just off 20 or so active BMV buyers with no advertising at all.

all without the need to stiff a few clients for a few hundred pounds, which is incredibly short sighted and gets around the property community like wildfire.

in one post you suggest that he is your broker in another you suggest that it is indeed you...
