I have contacted the clarke county district council at http://www.accessclarkcounty.com/ and have been advised the planning had not been approved to build what was said to be built for Durango Lofts. Has anyone else tried to contact them and had a different answer?

 I HAVE INVESTED THIS COMPANY 2006 IN VEGAS PROJECT DURANGO LOFTS  AND I HAVE BEEN SENT GRUNTEE RETURN AGREEMENT WHICH SAID YOU WILL BE PAID IN FULL INCLUDING PROFIT BY DECEMBER

 IF THERE IS ANY WHO INVESTED SAME PROJECT PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GET THE SAME LETTER

I feel it is a good idea to compose a list of investors names. I alos have investments in durango lofts, an as a result of the guaranteed return letter i received on this back in march i invested further into La piazza. I do know they have had problems getting funding through banks and private investors had to be sought. I am not totally sure where we stand in event of this development not getting off the ground. How do we even get our money back. Lets not worry to much as yet and see if this funding pulls through. Put me on the list as DAZZA.
