I have just formed an alliance with a company selling vacant repossession and have details of repo properties around the UK - Offers are welcome on all of the properties.
 
In order for me to submit your offer, I will require the full name of the person or company intending to purchase the property. You will be notified within 36 hours if your offer has been accepted.
 
If you are successful with your offer, then draft contracts will be sent out within the same week to your nominated solicitor.
 
The lender will also require some POF from the prospective buyer. They will also need to know whether the purchase will be cash or finance.

These deal are very sporadic - none at present. Also selling prices have proved to be only around 15% BMV, so are for end users only.
