 Next time you could get paid for it, if you put it my way then I can apply some creative finance thinking to it.    

 You could then keep it and pay me a consultancy fee or I'll pay you for the lead!

Dont know if your interested or not but have a repossession in liverpool on the market at £67,500 its a 3 bed terrace with front and back garden. I can get it for £50,000. It needs about £5k max to bring the property up to standard to let.
