I am taking legal action against the directors of IAP, for miss-representation.... before they deny this they told me one of my property purchases was so close to Disney you could watch Disney Fireworks from the clubhouse pool!!! It was actually 6 miles away!

You may call me stupid maybe for believing them, but they told me I could rely on them for all the due diligence and look where it ended up I have lost over £500,000 though my investments with them.

Now IAP have put themselves into voluntary administration they leave  me with no alternative but to pursue the individuals who set up and ran the company... founders, directors, chief of operations ie those in charge... call them what you will.

The founders were Brad Rosser and Jim Moore and the directors Maria Gifford and Anthony MacKay.

They all have done very financially well from their IAP involvement... millions of pounds were paid in dividends to the directors. Many £1,000,000's were paid out before it was placed in administration. You will remember Mr Moore himself made a meteoric rise onto The Times Rich List.


I recently accompanied someone to court who is acting as litigant in person against these people. Of course Brad Rosser, Jim Moore and Anthony MacKay and Maria Gifford were all being represented by a very expensive barrister through the solcitors Mischon de Reya... famous for representing Heather McKartney and other extremely rich people- you have to be rich to afford their fees!

As I watched the proceedings.. Maria Gifford unashamedly laughed when my friend spoke of his situation ( he mentioned he was now destitute following his IAP investments ), in that moment I realised that I needed to review the way I proceeded.

You may remember me from the press last year Anthony MacKay told the press he was "sorry for my situation and was helping me" This has proved to be nothing more than another lie.
Have you lost everything like so many who trusted them?

How much money have you lost though them?

Please do get in touch with me if you feel you were miss-sold by IAP.

Particually if you went to an Inside Track Event in 2004 , 2005.

If you purchased at Bahama Bay, Winwood Bay, Duquesa Village Princess Park Knott Mill as I did.

If you have legal expenses insurance.

It is about time justice is done.

i am posting here to reccommend Tamsin to anyone who has lost money via IT/IAP et al. 

I have been speaking with Tamsin for a long long time on this case  - and her tenacity and determination to see this through is utterly stunning.

She has already done an enormous amount of research - most of the legwork is done, most of the case is ready......  lawers have been found.....

Tamsin is one of the most honest, decent, reliable people i have ever met - her integrity shines through and she is looking  to  help others who feel helpless and used  -  as much to get her own financial recompense (if any)

she now needs others to join her in a group action if possible

if you weren't involved with Inside Track et al   - but know someone who was  -  get in touch with them and ask them to get in touch by private message  -   please 

Folks who deliberately deceive and who can afford expensive lawyers CAN be brought down - but it needs concerted group action

We bought through inside track back in 2004/5

We are just about to lose about many thousnad of $ on a property we can no longer sustain

Any help info or assistance from a genuin person would be papreciated

We are just about to lose around $200,000 on an investment property on Bahama Bay bought through Inside Track in 2004/5.

We cannot sustain the property any longer and just need to get rid and move on. lynn

I have an offplan contract rescue scheme in place now for people unable to complete.

I also have a newbuild flat rescue scheme for people stuck with negative equity  or loss making flats.
