I've no idea if this would be of any use to anybody, but compare.com use these to compare estate agents.

It will only be of use to those looking to use an agent. Many of the big agents will not use this website because it is based on feedback similar to how ebay works with that respect. You would probably get a more personal service from the agents on this website.
