PK, i bought 19 month's ago, with the 8% rental. It seems to be that the ones who were in early and had the 15% rental are the people who have the option of a refund. Personally it would not bother me if they said they were going to delay construction until the market was right to start building, so long as they showed me that the 30% deposit people had put down was in some audited deposit account and the interest earned was used for obtaining the necessary remaining permit's etc., and the remainding interest paid back to investor's. I think that timing the finishing of the first phase of apartment's/villa's golf course etc., with when the market should have settled for future investing is critical to the overall success of this development.

I invested over 1 1/2 yrs ago, I never received any letter about the aformentioned update...this was found on an internet site in my constent quest for any new positive information regarding this Development and It actually coming to be...Did your letter come from your attorney?

Your info on the CM golf course is informative, unknown to me, and yet to be built!!  Where is this "info out there", I'd really like to know how to access it, as the info I've found is old, obsolete, inaccurate, and long overdue...any info you may have to help put the unknown into focus would be appreciated and welcomed...

the letter was sent as an e-mail from the developer via Emerging earth ( formally known as Punta Perla Sales ) and it is on their website I found the info regarding the golf course. If I were you, I would speak with the company that sold you your unit and inquire as to why you were not informed of the update. It seems all investors should have received some form of notification as it thanks us for our patience etc etc.

hi to all, i am new here so hola desde la Republica Dominicana! the land of rum, beautiful women (like myself) and beautiful beaches!, saw this thread and want to ask, where is this development? i live in the DR and i am not familiar with it, been to roko ki, punta cana and cap cana and certain parts of bavaro, headin out to punta cana in a couple of days never seen this project being promoted in the DR only for some stuff i read on the local papers about it, anybody shed some light?

It is really easy to find.  Just look for the telltale bay that marks the southern boundary of the property.
