I run a company called Property Buyers Wales which is based in Swansea, South Wales.
We are looking for a new field sales negotiator to join our team.
The role will require someone experienced in negotiating BMV discounts with vendors at their homes.
You will visit appointments booked by my office throughout South Wales.
Negotiate a price and sign the vendors up to our Option Agreement.
Take photographs of the property.
Complete a property information form.
Forward the Option Agreement & Photos to our office.
Training will be provided however the applicant will need to have worked in a similar role and have experience in negotiating discounts with vendors along with closed the sale on the day.
Applicant will need their own transport and be based in the South Wales area.
All leads and appointments are booked by us the vendors will have agreed to a discount over the phone before you visit them.
Hours will be part-time and you will see 4-6 vendors per week.
This is a self employed role with a payments made for each Option Agreement signed and returned with photographs.
