Hi,

I can't find one, or am i missing creativity?

5 Bed house MV: around 330k (probably less; next door sold for 330k last august)

Mortgage: 225k

Wants to free some cash and have rent below £890pcm.

I know numbers don't look too good, but wondering if anyone had so clever/creative ideas?

Even at a conservative 5% rental of 890 would give max borrowing of £171,000 so you wouldnt be able to buy/rent back. 

225k interest only would probably be £935 ish

Sorry cant think of anything if they want to stay in the house unless they can reduce their mortgage (inheritance or long lost uncle..lol)
