I am now in possession of a liquidity report for Lock In Value Equity, the companyfor which Adrian Needlestone at rightsource properties sold me a policy for, it is a scam company with no assets , despite Adrians continued insistance that this is a legitimate company, stating that this company only moved abroad for tax reasons. - it does make me wonder what part he played in this deceit.
My life has now been ruined by my dealings with rightsource properties. With rightsources debt to me, I have lost over £25,000 to date.... and this is only the beginning, and after some enquiries it has been said the purchase price was artificially inflated and is now worth about £80,000 less than I paid - many of you would rightly be thinking that this is common, but with a mortgage of £1600 plus management costs etc and very low rental yield, this property is costing me about £1000 PCM , so I can neither afford to keep it or sell it, bankruptcy is imminent.
As the expected rewards were highly exagerated, and with rightsources debt, even if the buyback had been legitimate, I would have been lucky to break even.
Adrian has now run for the hills. I am hoping that Adrian can provide evidence to show that he is not part of this conspiracy, but at the moment this coward of a man, unable to come to terms with his incompetance is retreating to his lovely home in elsetree, pleading poverty.
This man is definitely incompetent, and a man of no substance that has refused to speak to me on the phone for the past 12 months, and his 'rental guarantee' over the past year consisted of little more than false promises and threats, his most recent promise to clear the long term debt was based on him exercising his policy with Lock in Value Equity, a company that had £35 in its accounts at time of liquidation.
This really is the fawlty towers of investment companies, its total lack of customer care, lack of clarity and negligance has shone through at virtually every stage. I am hoping to see a change in Adrian's attitude soon, and perhaps prove that he did not knowingly sell me a fraudulent 'buyback'. With my life in ruins, I would expect more from a man that played a large part in putting me in this predicament
