Obviously this is a very serious allegation to make.  To add credence to your claim (if there is any to be had, we are well aware of the amount of bull on this thread) please cite your source, or some information about your source.  Just because the 'Minister of Interior Paint-and-Decorating''s maid's sister says so, doesn't make it so.

 

Also, how would you have this information?

 

Which begs the question, who are you and what is your connection with the project? Buyer? Seller? Competitor?

 

I'm not even going to raise an eyebrow to THIS speculation until I see something a little more substantial.

Oh no, the project ends. The presidential decree, the detailed pp, the lawyer statements confirming land ownership and the permissions granted to build this project. All over, I can`t believe it.

What a load of tosh. The insider is the little voice inside your own head. You really need to have that diagnosed. I think it`s now refereed to as` what a stupid Pratt syndrome `

I`m more than comfortable with the validity and honesty of this project. Years behind, yes, being shut down, not a chance. I think perhaps your posting was meant for a different subject on this forum. Perhaps one that is getting some very bad press on here at this present time......

The Sales reps from Punta Perla (Emerging Earth) read this site daily. Just an update/some photos/anything would be good to placate some very nervous investors.

As for the project ready to explode, although this is scare mongering and has no basis in fact, nor do the promises made by Punta Perla on project delivery or the fact that work started in earnest in January (it's May tomorrow!!)

Is Punta Perla really Emerging Earth, or is Emerging Earth merely a sales office that happens to be promoting Punta Perla?  Their other development is being developed by a different developer.

Also, clearly this project isn't going to "be shut down" by the government.  Either it will succeed or it will run out of money and fail.  Those are really the only two choices.

Punta Perla Sales has been re-branded and is now known as Emerging Earth. They are sales and promotion for any development they see fit to support, they are not their developments.
