My NYS properties are still ticking along, no great suprises, think the yield is about 30% (advertised at 35%), problem is finding finance which is non-existent for under $75000. Not what I was told when I brought. Its not critical, but would help!  As the tax year end is December I need to decide soon whether to do my own tax or employ a US accountant.

If you can't find anyone else. H & R Block have a service that can link you with an accountant, that will be able to handle your work remotely. Initially, I went with them because they give a guarantee to pay if you are ever audited.
