I've only heard good things about Glenn Armstrong and I have also bought a property through him so I am interested in attending his courses.  Which one are you planning to attend and when is it?  I know he is based in Milton Keynes and runs all his courses in that area.  I am based in east London but travelling there is not an issue.

I would be interested, I also wanted to do Mathew Moodys HMO course which is in Milton Keynes which has a good 2 for 1 offer, if interested, its next week.

I went to Matthew's course a few months ago and it was good and he gives a lot of resources to start running your business so I recommend it.  He also offers mentoring that is very reasonably priced.  However, I have decided not to go down the HMO route as it does not fit in with my future plans for my property business.  Let us know how you got on when you attend.
