Property Success seminar on Saturday 20th September in Ipswich: "Property Success in Challenging Times".
This whole day event includes upon payment, a pre-publication copy of my book. As well as myself, Nick Attwell will speak at the event, about financing deals and about doing freehold to leasehold deals for profit. Mark Harrison will speak about The Credit Crunch and Negotiation and we will also learn how to save money on Stamp Duty.
The day includes a Workshop in which we will consider various deal scenarios... which should be fun!
My husband Dave will make a rare appearance to tell us how he copes with managing going on for 100 properties... and all the maintenance.
I will explain how we built our multi-million pound portfolio and how you can too.
