i'm new here,and am currently getting myself motivated to try something new to make a few quid,a builder by trade(please ask if you want to know something) have a few buy to lets which make me a modest income at the moment tho i'm loathe to use any spare cash on any more places to rent out.i'm still getting work offers but frankly the current cutthroat environment is getting on my nerves so i'm hoping to get some ideas here and hopefully help some others along the way.
