Hi,  New to this posting & forums stuff.

Just a short introduction, I'm in the Letting & Property Management business, in a specialist area of Student accommodation.  We are in the North East based in Sunderland, we manage property only in the post code areas close to Sunderland University. 

I hope to be able to Network with Property Investors, & like minded people business or non business.

I hope I can be helpful in providing advice or information to New Landlords or Investors who might be looking to purchase property in my specialist area, HMO's & Student Lets.
