My name is Martin, i have just joined this site today, i am an Aquisitions/Sales Manager for a property investment company, i also run a property management company with my wife, as well as that we are getting into a new venture of wedding stationary and co-ordination, thats if we can find the time !!

We have both been involved in the house market for many years, mainly renovation but we also have a small portfolio of but to let properties, obviously due to my current occupation this puts me in a good position to find the right deals for me and other investors that i deal with.

Thanks for the warm welcome, i only registered on this site a week ago, but i have started to make some really good contacts, your right people on here are very friendly, it does help we have the same goal in common, and why not help each other to achieve it rather than, just get what you can out of any situation.
