Singing Pig

Hi,

My names Dilip Patel, im from London and I was surfing the internet highways regards to property investments etc and came across singing pig. Looks like a great site at first glance, hope to make good use of the info already posted.

Im an IT Recruiter by profession but things didn't work out with my business and have had to rethink the old "how to get financially wealthy before I die plan" and property investments has always been something I wanted to get into. I have a few BTL investments in Edinburgh and one in London, which are running pretty well at the moment.

Maybe someone can help with a question I have, I recently went to a small seminar "PropertyFinder.com" run by a Mr David J Salmon. He seems like a very nice guy and gives you the basics of how to spot good deals in property (to be honest stuff I already knew but was a good refresher to hear it all again). Has anyone dealt with this chap and have any remarks about his property club/network/service etc.??

As i said I think from first glance he is a straight talking, no BS kind of guy, so really am looking for some well informed individuals to post comments back, not looking for individuals to give me there scare stories of other experiences unrelated to David/PropertyFrinder
