Reason for sale, have family illness and need to concentrate on them.
The other is a flat, clean and comfortable which is next to Hope Hospital in Salford. 1 bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, comes with some furniture. They shut the nurses home some time ago and hence a nurse is renting it. Pays £325 per month, but others charge up to £350. I want anything over £62,000 for it. Fabulous location being next to hospital, 2 mins motorway and metro station. Nothing else in area at this price. Same reason for selling as above.
