Want to Introduce my self. I am a Professional Landlord - looking to Network and share experiences with other Property Investors - good experiences and bad experiences.
My key interests with Property are Positive cash flow - the only reason to invest. Capital gain being an bonus. I also want to dispell the myth of Property Clubs and Armchair investors - so that we can stop the exploitation and abuse of people's hard earned money by these pirates. Death to Property Clubs!!!
I am also a bit of a geek and love technology (Death to PC's)!! So would love to connect with people and share knowledge in that arena. Too.
