Hi everybody,

I'm quite new here. I'm from Amsterdam (Netherlands) and living now for about 4 years in the Milton Keynes area.

I studied the English market for a couple of months and want to start investing.

Is there anybody who is interested helping me with a 100% loan for up to 6 months? Or can somebody advise me a mortgage broker who can act quick?

The info: 

Repossesion property Milton Keynes:

3-bed.
It's on the market for 128,995.
Market value 150,000 (several comparables).
Put an offer in for 100,000.
Estimated rent after refurbish: 795 - 850.
Needs refurbishing for approx. 5,000 - 10,000.

I've got no deposit. I will do most of the refurbishing myself and want to keep the property as a BTL, using the equity for buying other properties.
I need 5,000 cashflow after completion/refurbish/letting it.

This sounds like a sound deal.  I have been looking into this myself.  Mike, could you send me details also, based on a vaulation of 150K and pruchase for 100k.  Again I also have no deposit, and would be lking to do very similar to Pieter, in london and herts.
