My names Jason Cook and im a reletively new investor, i currently have a small portfolio and looking to expand rapidly over the next 2 years with BMV deals.

Also any great advertising methods without costing a fortune, not leafletting as doing that as we speak.
Deals that im after are:
25% BMV MINIMUM (from Valuation), RENTAL STACKS, UP TO VALUE OF £120k.
Also after any JV with people who could help with the advertsing of my site or anyone that has deals that meet my requirements.
