I would like to share my portfolio details here in exchange for other investors portfolios.

Mine is:-

Flat 1 new build Value 170k mtge 160k rent 750pcm

Flat 2 new build value 240k mtge 200 rent 1000pcm

Flat 3 conversion value 250k mtge 75k rent 1000pcm

These are all in harrow n london. 

My current view is that the market will come down for some time yet but improve in 2010. 

 Please share yrs.

What happened to your 4th property (Flat 4 £460K with mtge 400k rent 2000) which you mentioned in your post from the 14th of August ("Want to expand but already stretched")?

Did you sell it within the last few days?

Bear with me, but how helpful is 'sharing porfolio details? I mean how does this help anyone?

flat 4 is residential.  Perhaps it helps perhaps it doesnt.
