Hi, I am a new member and a friend on a property mentorship I am in reccomended me to join this forum.

My interests are in property and shares and have just started with both.

I currently work as an it consultant for Deutsche Bank in London and on the side I am starting a fashion business for plus size women as a Franchise from Scandinavia. Might need some angels down the line to help me raise more money when I am going to open shop number 2, 3 and 4... Right now I am raising money through the bank to open up shop number 1.

I think I can contribute with my IT skills in Oracle Databases and I also live and work in central London - SE1 - so maybe I can help with being close to viewing properties in this area. I have only been living in SE1 for 2 months but really like the area and would like to buy a BMV flat for myself here. Would like a new one or maybe 1-2 years old.
