I've been investing in property for the last 4 years, and an avid reader of SP for the last 2. I've gained a huge amount of knowledge here, so I figured it's time to take the plunge. NMD deals were unknown to me until I read SP, and I thank its contributers for giving me the tools to expand my potfolio over the last few years.
