How many people will REALLY credit their success to Rialto’s manual

This thread was an off-shoot of another one - http://www.singingpig.co.uk/forums/thread/311506.aspx, but I am re-starting as a thread on its own because I get the distinct feeling that it needs a fresh title.

I've read a lot about this manual, seen a number of previous posts on it and can imagine/(I know) he's a fantastic bloke.

Just like to get some specifics on how many people on here will REALLY credit their success to this manual. And how the info will be relevant with the current turn of the market. Hoping to get some candid answers.

Sorry Rialto to put you on the spot. Still, it can only be good for business, huh?

    PaulC:

    I'll happily be the first.

Would I have got to where I want to be without the manual, probably.  But that aint the point.  Like anything, you can do it yourself and learn the hard way by making the mistakes and correcting them next time (expensive buisness, mistakes in property), or you can learn how to get there a whole lot faster by learning from people who have been there, done that, got the T shirt, and made the mistakes.

Buying Rialto's manual was for me a massive shortcut in getting to where I wanted to be.  Without a doubt, the best £300 I ever spent.  I had 2 houses bought the old way before buying the manual and had designed, printed and delivered 1000 colour booklets myself (work in the print industry) which looked great, cost me about 3 weekends, and generated zero leads!!!!  Point....I was going in the right dircection, just taking the scenic route.  Following Gregs system I instantly got phone calls, then meetings then leads.  Ended up with 8 additional properties in the first year. Not massive, but I'm still learning. Forget the equity, as this will go up and down, but I make a whole lot more in rent each month than the cost of the manual.

Aim now is to get to 100 in 3 years and am currently working on a buisness plan to get there with a new buisness partner I have, and WHEN I get there, I'll still happily state the importance of the knowledge gained from Gregs manual and Greg himself.

    Kind regards, Paul

Re: How many people will REALLY credit their success to Rialto’s manual

now this is a good question

for me the manual opened my eyes to the fact that an ordinary person can buy property for free (no money in) just by using your brain

it is the simplist of systems, and a lot of common sense

we all seem to be drawn, in this Country to expensive complicated business, people say in traditional self employed businesses that you have to work hard and long hours to start with and probably draw no salary for a while and have funds to kick things off and fund your life until enough money comes in....as if hard work itself is its own reward.....the old fashioned method

how many people have you had on the phone wanting to sell and rent in order to get the capital to start a new (proably doomed to failure) business venture

Rialto's manual knocks all the above garbage on the head, and frankly i owe a lot to it, and the principles within.... keep it simple is the message i get throughout, this i apply to other businesses i have where the temptation to get complicted is there but then the voice says.... whats the point? Staff,  premises, more hours and ballache etc etc

it is by far the best £300 i have ever spent,

on another note, i found SP by joining another website (auction properties about £80 a year for membership) www.propertyenquiries.com where there is a fairly quiet members forum, i googled up 'property forum' as there must be more than one,  and hey presto Singingpig

from the propertyenquiries website we found the house we live in, which i paid 75k for May 04, had it revalued at 100k the next week (this was before i knew about immediate remortgaging it just sounded a plausible thing to do etc) and remortgaged it. This is also the property that we have just got permission to build 2 houses on, the plot is for sale at 105,000. the agent also valued our house at 125k (we will sell the lot). Form this forum i also got details of my search business that has turned over 60k odd so far this year

i think what i am trying to say is that unless you are prepared to take the plunge then you will never know,

from Rialto's manual and the propertyenquiries website i mast have made in excess of 200k in 3 years, added about the same in equity, have cash in the bank and ongoing business, searches, 2 developments, and of course around 85k once the plot is sold after all costs

i know this is turning into a eulogy, but without Rialto's manual i would not have bought 18 properties in  the last 2 years, some kept some sold, combine that with other opportunity from elsewhere (you have to go and look for it)

all in all i don't think it has been that bad for a total sum of £380 and the desire to go and do something

I would've expected more replies than just a couple. Are people just being coy, or is there any meaning to the lack of any further replies?

    Hi Aldric

    It's easier than that......

Why don't you set aside a couple of hours and  search me on the archive function? I think you'll get your answer then.

All my success is only due to buying Rialto's manual. I had no idea how to buy BMV which really is the key to success in this business as you all know. Besides talking to Greg who is someone that has real experience gave me the confidence that this was a solid and successful business to go into. As many people have said "it the best £300 I’ve ever spent".

    Aldric Alphose,

Your choice of subject title gives the indication that you may not trust the excellent reviews he has from SP'ers of which there are so many, or that you are maybe trying to come up with some negative reviews.

If someone is motivated enough and is willing to put in the time and effort he will definitely succeed in finding the bmv properties, if he doesn't have the motivation then don't buy the manual.

On the contrary, I was looking for positive reviews, thanks.
