Hello everybody. I´m Antonio Garcia, I´m 36 year old, I´m electrical engineer and, apart from calculating and executing technical projects and being the manager of a restaurant, I´m running a real estate development company in Southeast Spain (not a very good moment to do so but it seems I like difficulty...).
Despite we don´t have many british clients (as we are building beachfront apartments and british are (or were) focussed on inland villas, semidetached type houses..), my interest in this forum is to get some "feelings" on what´s going on referring investment in overseas property market so that we can align as much as possible to the "forthcoming winds" (or I should say "tempest").
As I´m not british, sorry if my english is not as good as it should be ("I was sent to Coventry" for one year on an Erasmus grant and this is all I could get from your language...).
