Andaine:Provided the company is registered at Companies House, you can obtain the list of directors from the Companies House web site.
But you need to get it sorted before this October.
From this date directors will be able to omit personal identifying information from the directors list obtainable from Companies House. The current rules are that directors should give their home address and date of birth (highly desirable information for criminals).
My wife and I are directors of four limited companies. We have each had an attempt at identity theft - and from the information provided to the lending company, obviously taken from a £2 directors report.
As soon as October arrives we will be omitting our personal details - as should all directors of limited companies.
