    A use for BMV Deals that don't stack, don't have enough equity or just don't work for you

    Hi All!

    I'm looking to do some Joint Ventures with anyone out there who has leads at least 90% BMV in the following areas:

    Devon - Plymouth

    Cornwall - Most areas but particularly St Austell, Truro, Callington

    Lancashire - Thornton-Cleveleys, Fleetwood 

    I am offering a finders fee of 1.5% on completion in exchange for full property details including photographs, local liaison with vendor and, if required the facilitation of a successful viewing by the vendor.  Please note that I am not just looking to receive unqualified leads from people who do not live in the local area where the lead comes from.

    This could be a great way to find a use for all the leads around at the moment that are otherwise going to waste. 

    I will be requiring the same in other areas shortly, so if you would like me to note your details for priority contact when a qualified buyer becomes available in your area, please drop me a line.
