Hi everyone

Please would you let me have your opinions on a business name for a new solicitor's practise specialising in commercial and residential property? Which name you would go for and why?

Either:

Angels & Co Solicitors

or

Humphrey & Co Solicitors

I prefer Angels & Co Solicitors because it's more unique...

However, I also think Humphrey & Co Solicitors sounds more 'established'

These are the partners names are they?...

Thanks for your opinion. Humphrey is the partner's name but Angels is based on being 'A' to be near the start of directories and because it is different. However the general issue with Angels is that it is may not be professional enough and may put off business clients (especially male clients)? But I don't know which is why it's good tohave opinions especially of the male businessman!

Based on what you have said I would now change my mind to Humphrey.

Because Humphrey is the partners name it actually means something. Also I think customers like it when the business name is the same as the owners. It means the owner is prepared to put his/her reputation and 'name' on the line to provide a great service. It shows the personal touch that people like.

I wouldnt care too much about being first on the directories, with the increase of search engines marketing I dont think this means as much anymore.

....or you could go with Aardvark...
