I`m another investor like yourself and have made it a priority to cut my insurance premiums to the bone, something which I`ve successfully done again and again.
Having been in property some time I`ve built up the contacts to do this and I`m sure I can introduce you to a well known insurance company at a lower rate than you are currently paying. All I need initially is the no of properties and value of your portfolio (rebuild cost if possible), together with the cost per £1,000 that you are looking to better. Include your contact details - email, landline and mobile no, and someone will contact you with a better deal ASAP. You`ll need to quote 0009 to get the benefit of my discount - if you have any friends or colleagues looking ask them also to quote 0009.
Many people are actually paying approaching £2 per £1,000 insured, and this can easily be cut by 25% for a modest portfolio saving hundreds of pounds, while bigger folios attract even lower rates. Some companies will rebate if you switch mid-year, or if you pay monthly you may be able to cancel the DD.
