This Membership is open to all types of investor whether experienced or novice and allows -
Property Traders to sell and market their property leads from the 5 regions of the North East of England (North Yorkshire, Teesdale, County Durham, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland) through our leads offered listings. Property Traders & Property Investors can also post requests for certain type of deals that they are looking for within the above regions.
This membership is available for a monthly fee of £9.99 (with no long term contracts)

2) The second is a For Sale By Owner section where Home Owners/Developers/Estate Agents/Landlords/Builders etc can sell property from the North East Regions online for a one off fee of £149 per property/development.
