i want to open a pizza shop but i do not know how to make pizza, i was thinking of working in one to learn the trade, if someone will help me with any ideas to think about that could help me , would be very helpfull,

PS   does anyone know is ther any courses in the uk for learning to make the perfect pizza

Hi Rick,

Have you any experinece of running this type of business ? I suggest that you read a book called 'why small businesses dont work and what to do about it' by Micheal Gerber - get it here 

Dont be the technician, i.e concentrate on the business aspects and not on 'how to make a pizza'. Off course the quality of your product is important - but the business skills will make or break your success more so.

consider things such as location, customer demand, pricing, marketing etc. Then once you have evaluated that there is a business opportunity to sell pizzas go about learing the make the best pizzas in the area !!
