I use an agent called Taberns who are based in St Helens

They are estate agents and I can vouch for them

They are a nice team

I use them only for tenant sourcing though and run my places myself

Give Lobster Lettings a call, They're based in Wigan, but cover St. Helens, Widnes, Warrington, Chorley, Newton-le-willows, Wigan, Atherton, Leigh Golborne etc

They have a load of properties in St. Helens at the moment. But they work differently, rather than having people sat in a shop waiting for people to come and ask they have this huge list of tenants in place so they just get the property viewed and filled asap, usually within a week!!!
