Hi

I'm new here, so I hope I'm able to post this.

I work for a company called Greenfield Finance Ltd.  I am looking for a method to capture a particular type of business person, namely property developers and mortgage brokers (initially) to market our services to them.  We do commercial finance of most sorts.

 Any help on the best method to promote our business to these sorts of clients would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Yasin,

Just go through the Yellow Pages in your area and contact the local Property Management Co's i.e. letting agencies for a share of business they can give you i.e. they deal with Property Investors on a daily basis, I usually pay a 50% commission on any business passed to me on completion.

Then send a simple letter to all tradesman, solictors, accountants etc to ask for any leads they may have and in return, same as above, offer a split on the commission you receive.

quick question, where do you sanction the commercial loans, I am building something pretty major in the DR and looking at my options, its a 22 story commercial building dont know if your company actually provides financing for Dominican Republic, please reply to my inbox

Yasin, by far the best way is a viral marketing campaign.  I have 6,500 email addresses and telephone numbers of the above.
