Anyone bought his prop renovation course?? Costs around £57. Wondering was it worth the outlay??

Hi Paul,

I bought the course, it gives you a good insight of what to look for when renovating a property.

Also, what style of property to buy i.e. Victorian rather than a church, which are hard and costly to renovate.

It's a good buy.

Dr Coote is something to do with Parmdeep or Parmdeep, sells his courses. As once you sign up for his free course, you will be emailed with offers from Parmdeep all the time.

Hi Paul,

Interested in your post about Dennis Coote.  I know Dennis personally and he is not connected to Parmdeep.  Parmdeep does sell an ebook that Dennis wrote some years ago but this is an old copy and I believe Parmdeep sends it out in black and white.

Dennis has since rewritten, added other information and reproduced the ebook making it into a complete ecourse.  You also get the picture in full colour pictures.
