    Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi,

I'm new to the forum, so hello to everyone. :)

I'm thinking very seriously about taking part in Parmdeep Vadeshas' Mentoring Programme (over one year). Has anyone gone on it before, or had experience of dealing with him?

It's something I really want to do, but I'm pretty nervous about parting with a large sum of money to do it. To be fair, I've only ever read good things about him.

    Thanks,

    Sam (hesabio@hotmail.com)

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    A very respected individual !

On a similar route i offer a complete mentoring programme over 10 months, a little different because i not only mentor but i set up the client in their own area on an exact blue print of my business which took 3 years to tweak and get right. No manuals, no day visits i believe in guiding you, giving you copies of my business, and settings tasks for you to complete which will help you avoid many many mistakes and save you £1000's

You also get access to use my complete team of solicitors, brokers etc for all the latest finance techniques.

Spaces are limited because of the time i put in with each client.

For recommendations of who i am contact Adam Bolton, Paul Leavers, they both know what i have built and what i do and are very respected members.

If you would like more info please e-mail:

    jason@rapidhomebu  yers.biz

No spaces in the above just don't want spamming.

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi Hesam,

I met Parmdeep at the NEC. Attended one of his short seminars and spoke with him for a while afterwards in the bar.He gave his time freely and seemed absoluetly genuine.

A very pleasant, open and savvy young man who is highly regarded by his Peers.

Regarding the Mentoring Programme I believe this is the 'Debut' year for Deeps' Mentoring Programme, although he has other programmes that have been running a while.

I too considered a place on his programme, but like you felt cautious about spending such a large sum of cash and for the time being have decided not to persue this.

I have however subscribed to Deeps' Forum, the first month is free and there after costs £9.99 per month, which is very informative and friendly; plenty of free downloads, advice from members ect; incidently it was Deep who told me about Singing Pig.

For the time being I am researching, researching & researching! Trawling the Forums and have some local network meetings set up, first 2 are next week where I hope to make some contacts and get some good advice on how best to follow my chosen path.

Good luck in whatever you chose to do. If you do chose to participate in the programme I would be most interested to know how you got on.

    Kind regards

    Angie

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi Angie, Coggy, and RichE,

I met Parmdeep again tonight in Manchester at a Property Networking Club event. I told him my position (in that I'm VERY novice!), and that I wanted to go on the Mentoring Programme, and he told me that it probably wasn't in my best interests to spend my money doing that at this stage and that instead I'd be better off just subscribing to the website for the time being.

So, I'll be taking his advice. We came to the conclusion that I'd be trying to do too much, too soon and that I needed to grasp the basics first.

I thought that was very honest of him, and it's saving me £400 a month that he could have easily had from me by suggesting that I go on the programme.

    He's a very nice man indeed. :-)

    Hesam.

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi Hesam,

    Thank you for your update.

Yes I got the impression from my short meeting with Deep that he had integrity; his advice to you just confirms this.

No doubt I will 'see' you on Property Tycoons' forum and maybe at one of the network meetings in the future.

Good luck in your research, and there's a lot of it! and your future aspirations.

    Kind regards

    Angie

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi Angie,

Thanks for saying Hello on Parmdeeps discussion board too! :-)

I've had a look in the Leads For Sale section on his discussion forum, but noticed that the leads don't mention any and Finders Fees, only the cost of buying the lead itself - how does the Finders Fee come about when selling a lead?

    Kind Regards,

    Hesam.

    Re: Parmdeep Vadesha Mentoring Programme

    Hi Hesam,

I think, but not 100% sure about this as I, like you, am a novice, that finders fees may be payable on 'Qualified' leads, this is where the vendor has been telephone contacted and the BMV has been more or less agreed/confirmed by the vendor; whilst 'Unqualified' leads have not been contacted and are sold on using just the information supplied in the 'on-line' questionaire by the vendor and not verbally confirmed.

I believe also that Finders Fees are payable if the sale proceeds to completion on 'Qualified' leads, but would that would need to be made clear when selling a lead.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me on this subject will post a reply for you.

Try posting the same question on Deeps' forum too.

I hope this helps a little?

    Kind regards

    Angie
