Book out Monday 7th December in
your diaries and come to our Christmas drinks down in Brighton. If you want to
talk about the property market or if you've made an investment with us and want
an update, then come and have a chat over a glass of mulled wine and a mince
pie.
We've been holding these evenings
regularly since August and we're really enjoying meeting so many of you in
person.
This week we were up in Manchester.
Speaking to the locals, we got a detailed insight into the market there. It's a
common misconception that there is a huge oversupply of flats but our Mancunian
investors dispelled this myth.
John (who came along to chat about
UK property) told us that apartments in the city centre got a bad reputation due
to the glut of them that were built during the boom pre-2007. However, post
credit crunch, construction in Manchester really dried up, levelling out the
supply of flats and creating a healthy demand once more. John has 4 buy-to-lets
in the city centre and they are always rented out, negating the idea that there
is oversupply.
We now have only three flats left
in Manchester, which are significantly below market value. Get in touch if you
would like to know more about this opportunity.
If you would like us to come up to
your part of the country in the New Year, please write to us and let us
know.
