I haven't lost any money with Ajay, but I nearly got stung by some one else who runs a similar outfit. I parted with a sum of money after attending one of these glossy seminars. Surprise surprise no properties materialised. After months of letters, phone calls, personal visits and dare I say clenched fists I eventually got my money back. My advise stay well away from red ribbon deals.
