I just got of the phone from a couple of friends in the US who by the way are very wealthy online business owners.

We were on a call to talk about possible joint ventures and I’m glad to say one was struck up which you will get to see soon if you are part of my list.

But, we then got talking about how dreams of property owners and especially new home buyers have been shattered and how many people have lost all their savings just to be on the property ladder. Sure, a lot of people did well too.

This is true in the US and in the UK and I would guess many other countries. So, is property out of favour at the moment? I’d say more than likely and more so with new buyers or investors. Simply look around on this forum and I'm sure many will agree.

Yes, there are ways to buy property and still make money but the fact is it’s going to cost you much more to borrow the money and in turn eat up your profits.
