live chat used to be used quite a lot in the evenings - i think the problem is that it is now sooooo unobtrusively advertised that maybe the newbies hardly ever see it - there used to be a LARGE number indicating how many folks were in the live chat at any one time, and that seems to have vanished - or gone off-screen over to the right and its not on my screen at all anymore - i would often go in just to have a nosey to see who was there - - i think it could be promoted quite a bit more before giving up on it David

i think it would get seen much more - maybe exchange the "Sign out" - (cos i reckon no one ever does that) for "Enter Live Chat" - as the words live chat get hidden in the grey background and are virtually unreadable.
