42 pages is enough on the subject of Andy Shaw and his unproven advertising claims.

 But trust me, it'll all end in tears.

 I guess the time has come now when somebody should be seeing something a bit more material for their investment in the shape of a fully let house or flat with a return of £30k.

 Does anybody have or know a person that has had such an experience?

Can't see a queue forming to tell us all about their incredible profits.

 We can only be "impressed by the silence".

As a person who subscribed to Passive Investments for over two years now, I can point out quite simply that their program has been as an absolute failure for me.  7 properties in 7 years - not quite.  More like 1 in 3 years, many false promises, unsurmountable levels of incompetence.  Whilst we may be able to refinance it for a much higher value now, the rental movement has not been significant enough and so refinancing is quite limited.

Alot of smooth talking, alot of verbal promises not upheld, alot of failure.

We were fortunate enough to join on an incremental payment basis, I pity those that have poured loads of cash in upfront and now fail to see their return.

 

 

Ive just finished my free trial of the Andyshaw site. Sent him my reasons for leaving which are; he's only written two times in the thirty nine days I was online. The forum is OK but there are better ones, like this one, that are free.
The one piece of software which might have made it worthwhile 'Can I should I buy' has a bug in it, which I reported early on. No matter how much you remortgage for usingg this software it still shows a red button saying, 'I would not buy'.
I even put equity in o £500,000 and rent of 600 and it still said it would be a bad buy!
The book was not welll written, but I would say worth the £20, although for some reason I got it, after being sent loads of emails, for half price. NIce!

Still no sign of a queue forming to tell us about all their wonderful profits. So I guess they are indeed all still "waiting".

As for the incessant mailings, yes, I too have put Andy on Block Sender. (Well, I kept getting a sore throat from laughing so much.)
