Happy New Year - Nearly Anyway
I have received an email from a guy called David Peters, he buys properties using an option agreement and sells on to Investors etc, he offers the usual Rent backs service etc
He supplies a copy of his leaflet which he uses to find BMV customers
He also supplies a Template of his lead generation website (Not a Free Ready made Website which he should supply when you hear the price he is charging).
He charges £699.13 inc Vat - Which I think is a High Price to pay myself, plus I have never heard of this guy myself.
What does anyone else think.
