You missed the boat big time hahaha, Oh my and you missed the whole point of the book as well, you just did NOT READ IT PROPERLY. I guess I can't help giggling at someone who just seems so stressed out with having mortgage problems then asks where one can get a £30,000 loan, is this why you came onto SP?, to see how you can get through your property crisis??. If you had expressed your problems on the AS forum during your 30 day free trial, you probably would have got some mental help to solve your dilemma, jeeze if you still have Andys book I suggest you go back and read it all again, it may give you an insight on how to property invest properly hehehe. Love it :-) LOL.

C. Browne here, it is not a scam, because I belong to Andy Shaws forum, and Andy would only be too happy to speak to you. And your other sentence about having to by the DVD's after the book, no that is not true too. And like I said, the book comes with a money back guarantee, so what have you got to lose..... It seems for one who has bought Andys book you have taken on board some of his points, and as you would have known too even in hard times when the rough gets tough, you don't Bl....dy sell your properties, you sit and wait, and as long as you can cashflow your properties what is the problem, TIME..... and on average AS says the property syndrome goes in circles maybe every 6 years..... then you go again and REMORTGAGE them all.

I thank you for your little input as to regards to the book however small, the negativities on here may who knows wane in regards to this every elusive MFN&YPFR :-) Bless Ya wink

I really wouldn't go listening to too many "old men" if I were you. More than half of them are daft, and very few have any business acumen.
