Hi I am the owner of an auction house with several thousand people listed on our database. We are looking to expand this dramatically......the problem with buying datbases is they are not aimed primarily at property investors.If anyone has any ideas on how we can obtain other auction houses databses ( legally) or other databases of persons that would be intersetd in auction properties I would be grateful. We are a small family run business and any help/advice is appreciated.

Dear Jason,

I would advise giving primelocation email marketing service a try. I have used it and it has been fairly responsive for me. They have a list of over 500,000 property investors and enthusists and they can break down your target market to geneder/age and location. It isn't cheap...it is about £2,000+VAT where you will get access to about 80,000 emails. However, if you ask them nicely they should let you break this down into 4 test emails so you can measure reponse etc.
