I know nothing about Dennis Coote so can't comment on whether this is good value or not.  I am sceptical  simply because  of the ridiculous level of accuracy he claims. 

There is plenty of free information on this site about making money from property and many experts willing to answer questions for which you can't find an answer already on the site by doing a search.

I suggest you start off by reading this forum for a while and then ask specific questions if you feel you have a hole in your knowledge.

From the answer given above showing the range of activities Dennis Coote is selling information on, I suspect his real expertise is in marketing not property.
