Parmdeep Vadesha's 'success through property' or Railto's Manual?

    Hi there fellow SP'ers Smile

I am looking into purchasing either Railto's BMV manual or Parmdeep Vadesha's 'success through proprty'. The problem at the moment is I'm finding it hard to decide which one I go with? I understand that they both cover similar topics.

Railto gets a very high level of praise here on SP, and comes across as a stand up guy. Parmdeep is less active here, but also recieves a fair level of praise from what I can tell by searches...

If I went with Parmdeeps there's a saving of £221!! but I am assuming there's a reason for this, or maybe there's not?! I would like to here from those of you whom may have both manuals or have a real good idea on what benefits each offers.

Which one in your opinion is the most comprehensive, covering all aspects of BMV trading/ investment, marketing, stratergies, exit stratergies, costs, finance, NMD deal structuring, negotiations and the like... basically all the relevant information to get me started and keep me on the right track in either bull or bear property markets.

    Your input would be appreciated,

    Rich

ps - feel free to pm me if you don't wanna rock any boats, lol!

I have deeps course and found it very good with timeless imformation,a bit to much motivational stuff for me but doesn't detract from the quality though, wouldn't buy his website offer though.why not try his free 6 part mini series first

    Hi,

hope all is well... I have recieved his mini series and thought it was pretty good. Also noted the motivational pep stuff, but the information with regard to bmv biz & networking seemed good.

You said one of the key words I was looking for in a response, 'timeless'. This is one of the most important things for me!

    Thanks for the input.

    No competition really!

Rialto's manual gives practical, up to date info. from an expert in his field. His background is also in sales and marketing, and his manual offers words of wisdom from a master salesman on how to build your BMV business.

In summary, a comprehensive guide for any novice, and he offers email and phone support as well.

If James Brown was the Godfather of Soul...
...then rialto is the Godfather of BMV!

    Plain and simple. Smile

    P.S.
Don't take my word for it, just do a search, and read what everyone else has to say.

That's some endorsement there sonny. I have done a search, read the whole railto thread and many more of his posts and would tend to agree he knows his onions! Thing is to be perfectly honest Parmdeep's in £200+ cheaper, albeit minus the phone/ email support... This is obvioulsy what the extra £££ is about imo. Which has me wondering what kind of support we are talking about.

Parmdeep also offers support to some degree, relying to emails... don't think he does the 2 hour phone support though. Tough choice....

    Hi ROC,

The fact that one course is £200 cheaper than another really shouldn't be your overwhelming concern when dealing with a business and properties that will end up in the 100's of thousands.

The number of people on here that have bought  rialto's manual and use teachings from it to build a very profitable business should be proof enough of the methods he espouses.

Whilst I agree that is easy to waste a lot of money buying many manuals and courses. I think you will find spending £300 on rialto's amongst the best money you ever spend.  That is if you have the motivation and determination to actually put it into practice.

Re: Parmdeep Vadesha's 'success through property' or Railto's Manual?

form what i know there are fundamental differences

Rialto's manual is a business in its own right, read it, understand it and inplement it and off you go. in days you are underway, based on a targetted leaflet strategy, its simple and effective and scalable

Deeps course from what i know is a little less 'this is how you do it' just general information on BMV etc (i've not seen it but others comment that its not as thorough) and points you in the right direction

Rialto's method is tried and tested with the information provided coming from years of experience, parmdeeps is more reliant on the internet (from what i gather)

many folks try to make BMV more complicated than it needs to be, get your messages out and you will get results, messages = results

neither will be money wasted as at the end of the day for a few £££'s you get a business, or the principles of a a business that can make you lots of money then its down to you
