Hi there fellow SP'ers
I am looking into purchasing either Railto's BMV manual
or Parmdeep Vadesha's 'success through proprty'. The problem at the moment is I'm finding it hard to decide which one I go with? I understand that they both cover similar topics.
Railto gets a very high level of praise here on SP, and comes across as a stand up guy. Parmdeep is less active here, but also recieves a fair level of praise from what I can tell by searches...
If I
went with Parmdeeps there's a saving of £221!! but I am assuming there's a
reason for this, or maybe there's not?! I would like to here from those of you whom may have both manuals or have a real good idea on what benefits each offers.
Which one in your opinion is the most comprehensive, covering all aspects of BMV trading/ investment, marketing, stratergies, exit stratergies, costs, finance, NMD deal structuring, negotiations and the like... basically all the relevant information to get me started and keep me on the right track in either bull or bear property markets.
Your input would be appreciated,
Rich
ps - feel free to pm me if you don't wanna rock any boats, lol!
