The latest story (which IAP haven't had the decency to communicate)  is that the finance that was in place for a September start suddenly became not in place, around about the time investors signed away their escrow deposits and a 2 year extension to completion of contract (plus anywhere between £1K and £2K to IAP for, well, nothing actually) .    Some might surmise that this development was never ever going to start in September, I couldn't possibly comment. Draw your own conclusions.

Meanwhile I'd wager that, like the previous 18 months before "urgent" contract resigning, you haven't heard a word from IAP on this subject since.

Hi we too foolishly invested in the Grande Palisades in florida and we have had no movement since 2004 since they nicley took our deposit? We would apprichiate if anyone can give us any help as to wether we can get our deposit back, and how to go about doing it and if it is going to cost us alot of money? We simply cannot afford to lose that amount of money and if it is right that they have deprechiated in value then we cannot afford to complete either.

You should contact her direct at Maesbury to check she has  your email address as I understand that IAP as usual are hopeless at communicating.

However IAP are over you like a rash whenever there's an angle to screw more money out of investors, as they shameslessly did last Summer with the pathetic new contracts.   

I hope that Maesbury are serious about a resolution that helps everyone get out of this hole.   

 

Amusingly they'll even come round to your house now to do parties, I suppose a bit like Ann Summers, and of course you're guaranteed to be shafted at the end of it.
